Nappy liners - availability

I find it difficult finding disposable liners for nappies. I emailed Sainsbury's and apparently I'm the only person who has requested that they sell them!

Where do other people get the liners from?

If you want to buy them from Sainsbury's, please email them!

boots and mothercare both used to sell them. otherwise i would go online.

personally I use fleece ones, nicer on baby's bottom and nothing to bin/flush away each time

I get them online from babykind, they deliver really quickly.

Onlinem nappiesdirect, I think - huge Sainsburys didn;t have them, nor anywhere else local. Odd as every chemist has Nappisan!

However used without while waiting for order and baby seems fine, so I tend only use liners overnight.

I get mine from the local nappucino lady.

It's actually a good point - why should one have to go to the hassle of getting every day items from somewhere other than local supermarket....

Will email them.

The lack of availability of nappy liners gets me too. I usually get mine from Waitrose in a roll of about 100 of those papery ones, but they seem to have stopped doing them and now only stock Bambino Mio at a much higher price.

Someone got me 3-for-2 packs in Mothercare recently and I think they're in the Boots online 'spend £10 on baby things, get 200 points' deal.

You can get them online from Lollipop and it's free postage. That's where I get mine, www.teamlollipop.co.uk they're flushable - £4 for a roll of 200.

Our local healthfood shop sells them. However,we now use washable fleece ones, a few of which I got on ebay, then just bought some fleece and cut my own.

Oh, it's a pain. I calculated how many would do me for 6 months (about 10 rolls!) and bought a bulk purchase of the cheapest sort I could find on ebay (Peachy cheeks IIRC).

justbeme · 25/01/2009 21:52

Did you know that you can wash the flushable liners and use them again?
I wash the unsolied ones (ie just wee ones!) in a net bag together with my baby wipes (again just wee ones!) in my nappy wash.
You'd think the liners would disintegrate - but they dont.
You just have to flatten them out again.
With my wipes, I then use them again in a solution of camomile tea and a splash of baby wash.

Ps i bought my last liners from Waitrose for £4.99 - Bambino Mio ones.
