What do you use to wash your mooncup?

That's it really, what do you use to wash your mooncup with?

I use femfresh "intimate wash" for fanjo and washing mooncup. Wouldn't feel right using nothing. Sterilise in some boiling water every month. Just rinse the mc out in between and give a good wash wash once a day during my period.

Have just invested in a toothbrush for mooncup - obviously keep separate from other toothbrushes

I asked this question on Mooncups website - Milton is fine they say.

i rinse it with my hands and hot water

i sterilise it once (or twice0 a month with milton solution

my friend only ever uss hot water to wash itand never sterilises it and is fine

rinse it in cold water, and then sterilise it by boiling in a saucepan at the end of each month. Or frantically at the beginning if I forgot at the end of the last month . Am feeling a bit of a scuzz after reading some of these posts.
