As part of my save-the-planet plan I've bought some and tested my first lotion recipe today, that I'm now willing to share with you ladies .
500ml water+5 spoons of olive oil+very little peach scented liquid soap+10 drops of lavender oil. It smells great and I'm sure dd's dry skin will notice the difference .

It sounds great, but what has it got to do with washable wipes?

I was prepared to chip in about how everybody uses washable wipes around these parts, and for some strange reason baby wipes are just a pound a package! But now I wont. Another

And just water.

BirthdayBabe · 02/04/2008 22:04

Well, you soak the wipes in the lotion

I think I possibly misunderstood yours, as I took lotion to be something you put on your babys skin after washing. Like a moisturizer.
