Grin Have seen some of these in home bargains, for using in tumble drier-I try not to use the drier as much as possible but these seem like they reduce trying time and the need for softener? £2.99 a pack, are they too good/cheap to be true?

I have some of the plastic balls from B&M in my dryer. I'm not convinced they make any difference but I leave them in there anyway!

I have them. I've had them for over a year so I can't really remember if they make much of a difference to drying time, but they certainly stop the load from becoming static so worth it for that alone.

What holdingthedoor said.I really like the drier balls. I tend to only dry things from 'almost dry' like towels and underwear that I've had plonked on the radiator. The drier balls help to separate and reduce the static. They do end up all over the house though...

Lol. They certainly do. I'm always chasing them around the room or shaking a top out only for one to come shooting out of the sleeve. They're still worth it though.
