Brick BBQ In Front Of Garden and Taller Than Fence

Hello all,
I am looking for some advice. Right in front of our garden, a brick BBQ is being built which is much taller than the fence. It doesn't look nice at all and it can be seen prominently when see through our patio door. Please see attached some photos.

Can I ask if this is allowed? Has anybody came across any similar situation?

That shouldn’t be a fire hazard at all it’s brick built. It’s just a bbq. My friend has one, it’s basically like a brick chimnea.

I think it’s permissible op and I don’t see it as an eye sore either. It just blends with the brick wall

Have you missed that it’s positioned at the side of their house, well away from their own garden but rammed right up against op’s fence?

Build your fence higher so you can’t see it.
And wait for them to complain.
Or replace the fence with a conifer hedge.

Put some trees and/or tall shrubs in. Not only would they block the view of your neighbours bbq - they would also hide the fence and make your garden look nice.
