Eco friendly toilet cleaner that works

Can anyone recommend a toilet cleaner that is environmentally friendly but works? We have hard water and really suffer with limescale which attracts stains Envy (not envy!).

Ideally I want to buy a large container so would be really grateful for recommendations.

try popping one of these in each toilet, It helps reduce limescale buildup and is chemical free

Pour a bottle of coke all around the toilet bowl, and leave it for around 1hr. Then scrub with a toilet brush, and flush. I then pour this around the toilet bowl, and leave it (the next person who uses the toilet will flush it away)

Try Coca Cola or white vinegar and leave it overnight / and when you go away.

Ecover Power (black label) is a vast improvement for us compared to the standard Ecover. Still have to occasionally use bleach though :(

I love splosh products. Their toilet cleaner is great but you tend to need something tougher for the discolouration at the bottom of the loo. Drop a dishwasher tablet (can be an eco brand) into the bowl before you go to bed and let it have a good soak.

Thank you all. The loos seem to be much worse, probably as we're all at home so they're in constant use, and the heat makes anything like that seem so much more unpleasant!

I've tried coke and vinegar without success in the past but will try the other recommendations, thank you. I read a blog about probiotics, which are supposed to be excellent for dealing with whiffs (toilet missers, pets etc) but the brand they recommended (Libby Chan) no longer seems to be available. And when I googled for alternatives, the same seems to apply.
