Hi there, not sure this is really in teh correct section, but here goes anyway.
Anyone has one installed under the kitchen sink, and where did you get it and is it worth it?
A friend of mine has one and the water is beautyful.
I usually hate tabwater, and buy bottled...but have read up on this a bit, and it seems that normal tabwater nor Mineral water (bottled) are really ideal.
Anyone?

RO water is even purer than distilled water. It is completely tasteless and has absolutely no minerals. It would be both unpleasant to drink and would lack the minerals needed for healthy teeth and bones.

Hm...actually I was under the impression that with reverse osmosis you would actually get what you need from water...water....because there are so many things added to our drinking water...like fluoride, chloride etc....surely you get all the minerals and whatever from a healthy balanced diet...?

And, it is actually very pleasant water...it's as nice as the german water I am used, too...I hate english tab water, it tasted foul imo...sorry, to be so blunt....

the reservations I have about the bottled water is...the whole plastic bottle issue... and well, water that is avaialble in glass bottles is just far to expensive...
