Environmentally friendly paint

Has anyone had any experience of the various “eco” paints please?

I wonder if any of these others go on as easily, provide good coverage and are as durable as the “ordinary” Crown/Dulux type paints

There are so many out there now that I don’t know where to start.
The person who will be doing our painting is a big fan of Crown.

We used Lakeland paints; they go on really nicely. They are pricey but they’re good quality and they don’t have that strong paint smell.

Another vote for Lakeland 👍

Thanks, I’ll take a look at Lakeland. I have just got two samples from Little Greene but obviously it helps if you know how they “wear”.

About 15 years ago I got some from The Green Shop in Bisley. I think they were Earthborn, with the separate pigment. They were fine. We sold the house a few years later so I couldn't tell you about wear though.

Lick are low VOC, have recyclable containers (if cleaned) and all the packaging is cardboard plus they have a tree planting program.
