Just that really. I'm struggling to keep ours below 100 per week, without compromising on the ethics much. We were getting most of our stuff from Abel and Cole and a local shop, but I've recently switched to Ocado instead of the local shop, to keep costs down a bit. Feel guilty though!
It's all organic, but we are pretty much veggie so no meat, and no booze or prepared foods, just ingredients (I do get pulses in tins- I know I could save with dried!) Am I missing a trick?? There are four of us including the baby.

I'm the same at the moment. I don't like buying plastic if there is an alternative but I'm finding eco and low plastic is expensive.

Where do you live if Ocado is cheaper than local? Could you try a different supermarket and buy loose and organic?

London, and I keep away from supermarkets, I meant the local independent shop.
I feel guilty for Ocado but they stock the brands I'm after and are less evil than some. I should be doing big wholesale Suma shops, but I haven't got my head round that (or the storage space...).
Veg comes from a local farm scheme which is good value, and no packaging.
I feel so frustrated balancing values with value!
