After months of waiting, they are back in stock at B & Q (and all good shops).
Sptted them on Tuesdy, bought one one Wednesday and all ready 10 of the 20 or so stock had gone.
Putting it at the back of the garage so no more long walks from tap to veg patch. . . as long as it rains.

Am fancying one myself, how much are they?

Mines a 130 litre(standard size) and was £25 + £10 for the base. Smaller and larger ones are cheaper and dearer.

I want one just can't work out where I could put it as I only have a backyard and its full of plants and the wendy house!

Now my water butt is too full!
had to release the tap last night to stop it overflowing.Don't know if it would came out of the holes in the lid or if it is heavy rain (like lastnight), it wouldbacj up and flood the garage.

we didn't have anywhere to put water butt by a pipe, so, we turned the lid over and tied the top on( stop cats kids etc falling in) and drilled holes in the top so it still fills with rainwater, just not via gutterung. clever hey?
