Pruni - you'd be better with a ground pump thingie for your underfloor heating (very efficient - might be worth costing it)

Solar Pannels, Wind Turbine, Reed/willow beds, water harvesting/re cycling too! I'd probably re design the house to incorporate a decent central chimney/fire that would heat the rest of the place too....It'd be lovely ......

i'd have a rammed earth, passively solar heated burrow house with (obviously) a turf roof, on my biodynamic smallholding.

gosh it'd be lovely wouldn't it. I'd have the works too, plus enough money to comfortably eat entirely organic food (while having my own huge organic veggie patch a la It's not easy being green) and all ethical clothing for the whole family... I can dream!

I'd be happy with a water butt, eglu (I'm not entirely sure about the eco-friendliness of the plastic housing, but I'd like my own pair of organic chickens) and like I said to comfortably afford solely organic food.
