POLYBUZZ. ..... GET THIS APP BANNED
I might be late to the game, but I found my 14 year old daughter on an app that I didn't recognise. I googled it and downloaded it myself and found it's a sexually explicit app with x-rated images and language that is inappropriate for most people let alone children. It creates AI generated 'sexting' to put it mildly. I AM OUTRAGED that this app is so readily available to anyone including children. All it asks for is your gender and date of birth and you're straight in!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check your kids phones and get this app off! It's so dangerous!!!
I have a really good parenting app that allows me to block apps and block the downloading of apps if anyone needs any help let me know!
I'm ready to take this further to start a petition to get this app completely removed!!

Nicely, have you seen that it’s for 17+? So she should not have downloaded it in the first place. Ive looked this up, it’s all ai crap, and inappropriate stuff ( more for extra money) but she shouldn’t have been there in the first place.
this doesn’t look dangerous, just not something a 14 year should have been on… then again years ago i think we all were on things were shouldn’t have been! Grin
this maybe a good opportunity to speak to your daughter about what she downloads or goes on, and tighten your own security for the future Flowers

I agree she shouldn't have been there in the first place, my point with this post is that she shouldn't even be able to so easily access content like this without any barrier in place.
I downloaded the app on my phone to see what it was and put my date of birth as a 15 year old and it just came up with all the same content and NO warning that this is not for that age group or anything. (Also.instantly deleted it)
Also in terms of my parenting in this area, I have been called a 'strict mum' I have an app that links her phone to my phone, i can see everything she downloads, Google searches and other things and I check it daily so she only had access to this for one day, but I feel that was one day too many as I believe this app is hiding under a name that doesn't look like anything suspicious.
I know alot of parents give children from a very young age a phone and don't check up on it at all on a regular basis so I wanted to just highlight this problem and concern to other parents.
But I don't agree with your blahzay opinion that we did it when we were younger because the technology world is a different place now and this content should not be so readily available for anyone under the age of 18.
