Elderly parents

Has anyone used Rowan Care Advisory? Is it worth the money?

I'm looking into getting some help arranging care for my elderly parents and came across Rowan Care Advisory.
My mum and dad are getting older and increasingly isolated in their own home. I'm starting to worry that they need more support than they're currently getting, but realistically I can't provide that care myself as I have my own family and children to look after.
I've heard that Rowan Care Advisory produces really comprehensive, personalised reports looking at your family's circumstances and setting out what care and support would be appropriate. It sounds incredibly useful, particularly when you're not really sure where to start or what options are available.
However, it's quite expensive, so before committing I'd really like to hear from anyone who has actually used them.
Was the report genuinely helpful? Did it give you practical recommendations that you could act on, and did it make arranging care any easier? Did you feel it was worth the money, or could you get similar advice elsewhere?
I'd be really grateful to hear about anyone's experiences, particularly if you've used them to arrange care for ageing parents who want to remain in their own home.

I organised care for my mother for ten years, but I've never heard of Rowan. Looking at their website it sounds like a good service, but I have no experience of it obviously.

My mother was self-funding and and my approach was to contact a care provider (I chose Home Instead) and ask the manager to do a needs assessment. So the manager visited my mother with me present and together we worked out what my mother needed. She had dementia (but no other physical health problems) so it was relatively straightforward.

If your parents' case is complex Rowan could be helpful but if it's a question of them needing helping with shopping, laundry, showering, dressing, taking to appointments, then a care company will be able to offer all that. They basically did everything I would have done for her, had I been willing or able to do it.
