Care homes for visually impaired people with dementia in the South East

Does anyone know of any care home or facility specifically for the visually impaired, anywhere in the UK, but ideally in the South East? And IDEALLY with the ability to care those with dementia. It seems there is hardly any provision for this.

My 83 yr old DF is serverly visually impaired, because of a long and slow degenerative eye condition. He has also developed Alzheimer’s in the last 5 years. He lives my DM who was his full time carer and in the last few years we got full time live in care as she couldn’t cope any longer. This has been great, though costly (I know homes are as costly).
My DF has just declined even more, and is now up nearly all night, which is obviously not sustainable for the live in carers. I think it might be time to consider a home. We have tried to avoid this as my parents house is the last place my DF ‘remembers’ his way around (when you are blind, you rely on memory to move around) and a new environment would be dangerous for him, as in a care home, noone is watching 24/7. He is also extremely agitated and sensitive to noise, loud voices etc.
But with this decline, he is less and less mobile anyway, practically mute, and I feel now the toll it is taking on my DM has become a greater risk than how he will fare in a home.

If anyone has any experience then would love to hear from you.
