Good quality supermarket ready meals

My mum lives a long way away, I can't visit often (don't want to either). She's old and struggling with shopping, can't use internet either. I was going to start ordering a supermarket delivery for her twice a week, she'll let me know what she wants. She can't do complicated cooking but can microwave a ready meal. Can somebody recommend a good quality brand of traditional british food please. She won't eat curry or anything remotely 'foreign'.

I would just go for Tesco.
I recently had a tease where my students had to compare a ready meal with the homemade version. I bought a Tesco Carbonara as it’s easy for students to make. When it came to looking at ingredients there were none numbers or weird chemicals in the ready meal at all. It was literally pasta, bacon, cheese etc as you’d expect. Bit disappointing !
