Washable incontinence products

Hopefully someone here might be able to help. My mother had nocturnal urinary incontinence but is relatively mobile and alert and does a lot of her own self care. She uses incontinence pads but for many reasons, I think washable products would be better for her and her home care situation.

I have googled briefly but the period pants on offer don't really seem likely to hold enough urine to be effective, seeing how much urine is absorbed by the disposable pads.

I have looked at Wuka and Cheeky Wipes but would be grateful if anyone might be able to point me in the right direction. Making them myself is not a feasible solution and she lives in Ireland, so that might also be a consideration.

(I have also posted in Ethical Living.. in case someone sees it there as well..)

You can get re-usable sanitary pads for heavy flow. Eg eco-lily

Unfortunately, there’s a big difference in quantities - losing over 80ml during your period is considered heavy bleeding, whereas you’d expect to produce 600ml of urine overnight

Thanks @MereDintofPandiculation.. that is exactly where I got too in my thinking.. 600ml is a lot of liquid..
