Need ideas for Christmas present

Mum is in a home (and hating it). She has dementia, zero mobility and very little sight. Before Covid her two biggest joys were going out in the wheelchair to see the shops and eat cake and being surrounded by her family.

Last year I gave her a photo blanket with pictures of all my children on it and that has not left her side since. Her birthday is just before Christmas so I need to get two presents for her.

I've decided to order a photo cushion of her dog - shaped like him so it's almost a plush toy and I have a video greetings card for her but I think she will struggle to use it.

I am so used to taking her out and buying her clothes and things for her home and now she doesn't need anything like that and I can't take her out because the home is in the middle of nowhere.

It's so difficult isn't it. We usually end up getting DMIL chocolate as she has a very sweet tooth and things like new slippers or clothes.

You can buy dementia friendly jigsaws so adult pictures but only 30 pieces for example.

New slippers
New nightwear for example bed jacket or nightie
Does she like cold or warm drinks - something like nice quality hot chocolate or elderflower cordial?
Perhaps a few smaller items in a gift bag rather than a larger present?
Photo calendar
Visit the home and have an afternoon tea delivered to share with her - or get one delivered to you and take it with you. Maybe with mini bottle of Prosecco or gin miniatures if she likes a tipple?
