Would this qualify for blue badge?

Mum is 75. Hasn't been well overall, long story, end result is that her mobility has really suffered.

She walks VERY slowly, she's fallen a few times, and she can't get in and out of a car without lifting her leg with her hands, takes her a couple of minutes and she needs space to do this. In a normal parking space there isn't the room.

It's mostly due to the extra space I'm thinking she needs a blue badge. She's getting worse not better as she hoped. I can't even pull up nearer to drop off most of the time as she takes a long time and traffic backs up.

She doesn't get any AA, and wouldn't for mobility anyway, and I'm thinking of applying when she's been this way for the 6 months.

Would this be enough?

Yes at 75 with falls she will qualify .

You have nothing to lose by applying.
Also apply for AA and get help with the application. If you have an age Uk near you they can do this for you

She should also try for AA asap, reduced mobility impacts on your ability to look after yourself so is often a trigger. Get help with applying for both from your local Age UK or Citizens Advice.
