Food ideas for MIL

MIL is 80 and lives alone 50 miles away. Her GP has stopped her driving and so I am doing her shopping on-line (she lives at the top of a hill and has poor mobility). The problem is that she's lost interest in food and when I phone to get her order, it's a struggle to get her to give me a list that comes to more than £25 (minimum order for delivery) and that includes a wine box! Any suggestions welcome. I am using Sainsburys and have tried some of the children's ready meals. TIA

You might look at Cook! More expensive but more appetising looking. The elderly form a major part of their market.

Have you tried looking at Cook? Their free delivery is for orders over £50 but everything it's frozen so she should be able to keep a stock in.

My MIL uses them from time to time (we have a store nearby). She finds even some of the 1 person main meals last her for 2 days but they have a good range of kids meals so maybe they'd be worth a look?

Or there's this company which offer a pack of smaller portions and they have free delivery over £30.

Thank you both. I think I will investigate the Oakhouse one, but need to ensure she has enough space in her freezer.

Wiltshire farm foods? Marks and spencer do nice meals for one.
