If you felt school was failing your child would you take your child to another school?

Seriously considering it - but if the problem is the child not the school there is no guarentee that another school would be any better (that's why I haven't decided - iyswim)

It depends on the upheaval. I would probably try to force the school to fulfill its legal obligation and educate my child.

It would depend in which way they were failing them.

If I saw a problem that wasn't being resolved I would probably move her.

Maybe she's upset because her son hasn't done as well as she would have wanted but yes, you would have thought she'd have done something about it if he's been there 4 years!
