Healthy Eating Homework - good sites?

Does anyone know a good website with nutritional information. We've got some good stuff on calcium, but we're looking for some basic details on vitamins, e.g.:

An 30g orange contains 14 mg Vitamin C
A 25g carrot contains 25 mg Vitamin A

That sort of thing. Any suggestions?

(Those figures are completely fabricated btw

Christie - THANK YOU
The British Nutrition Foundation site is great!

Be wary of Dr Gillian McKeith, for one thing she's not even a doctor - and most of the rest of the time talks complete utter bollocks. Good site for finding other stuff about her quackery is Dr Gillian McKeith - links at the bottom for other information including the series of Guardian "bad science awards" she "won".

Dole5aday has lots of information about fruit and veg, and healthy eating.

Thanks Hula - Dole site is great; just what we're looking for.

There's a great bit where you can put in very accurately all the fruit/veg you've eaten for the day and the quantities, and it calculates what vitamins, minerals, etc. your diet contains.

I remember using the site for a combined food tech/ICT project. It was really useful, and as it is specifically aimed a chilldren, even better.
