Just curious about an ofsted report I've seen!

I thought that their top catergory was "outstanding" rather than exceptional?

Tommy · 26/06/2008 13:52

yes - it's "outstanding" - they are a few schools in our LEA that have it (including ours

clutteredup · 26/06/2008 13:54

Its very rare and they have to have a lot of evidence to support it , so if something has been described as such it is very outstanding - well done your school.

thanks all! one of the departments was described as being "exceptional" in the text of the report, so I was just curious.
