Educational ipad games to support year 1 learning

DD is in year 1, and while feedback at parents evening is that she’s doing well and meeting expectations, they’ve mentioned she takes a while to complete work in class and it takes her a little longer to recall the phonics sound or the number bond and they flagged that in the future, it could cause her to fall behind as those skills are built on.
it’s possible she isn’t confident in her knowledge and so takes a bit longer to think it through so she doesn’t make a mistake - in general she is wary of making mistakes and so does most things slowly, including getting dressed etc. I’m working on making her feel ok with mistakes and emphasising that’s how we learn and we all make mistakes, but at the same time I’d like to find some educational games to put on the iPad for her to play which also builds the skills she needs in year one.
im specifically looking for iPad ones as she also really wants screen time and I’ve limited it quite a lot during the week so I think that this could let her feel I’ve listened to her and compromised on screen time whilst it actually benefiting her.
I’ve just had a look at Edurino but I’m not sure if the maths and phonics aspects will be what she needs, or if it will be too easy (although if it is a bit easy that would build her confidence).
does anyone have any suggestions of what has worked for them? I was surprised by the lack of confidence with her number bonds as she absolutely knows them, the phonics is less surprising but we have been working hard on reading this year and she is already flying in just the six weeks since the start of school.
any suggestions?

Writing Wizard on a tablet is really good. You can add your own word lists and it’s fun and multisensory. Can be used with a stylus or finger.

Collins Big Cat books are good.

A wooden rods in a frame support will help with number bonds

I’d also look for real reasons to read and write in every day life such as shopping lists, recipes etc
Baking or making playdough will involve reading, weighing counting etc.
You can get letter and number cutters or roll a thin sausage and she can form letters. You can print off playdough mats too.

Thanks - reading the instructions for baking and writing shopping lists are a good shout. I could try and get her to help with some sort of counting when in the shop too.
ive just gotten out the wooden rods we do have - I’d packed it away because she is so good at doing it at home so maybe we need a bit more repetition too. She made such quick advances with reading at home but I wonder if she’s still lacking a bit of confidence in school and that’s making her take longer checking over her work.
