What is your honest International Schooling Reviews — does this online school truly deliver global-quality education, or are there areas where it falls short compared to traditional schools?

As a parent, I’ve spent weeks searching for the right online school for my child. With so many options available, I often found myself asking the same question over and over: “Is International Schooling the right choice for my child, or should I keep looking at other online schools?”

When I first came across International Schooling, I started reading reviews to understand how it works. Many parents highlighted its flexibility, global curriculum, and the ability for children to learn at their own pace. That sounded perfect for my child, who sometimes struggles to keep up with the rigid schedule of traditional classrooms.

But at the same time, I wondered — what about social interaction? Would my child miss out on making friends and learning teamwork the way traditional schools offer? Some International Schooling reviews mentioned strong teacher support and engaging online activities, while others felt that the lack of physical presence was a drawback.

This left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, International Schooling seemed like a modern solution with quality education, but on the other, I didn’t want my child to lose out on the social side of schooling.

I guess the real question I’m still exploring is: Is International Schooling the best choice for my child, or should I continue searching for another online school that balances both academics and social development?

Tell us more about your child and why you think that schooling is better than a local one for them.

Man this post reads like AI. Or an advert!

tbf @AnnaFernandez most ppl on this site choose either state or private schools or else HE their dc, so I don’t think many will have experience of this specific online school.

Agree with teen, why do you think this is a good idea for your dc? How old are they and where are you based?

mamagogo1 · 18/08/2025 15:16

Circumstances are relevant here, not everyone is suited to home Ed, and online school cannot replicate in person learning

TeenToTwenties · 18/08/2025 15:22

I was thinking on similar lines @clary ...

AnnaFernandez · 19/08/2025 10:16

@TeenToTwenties My daughter is 7 years old and has ADHD, she has been unable to adjust to the demands of the school, she is unable to read. I had been advised to look for a specialised school but they are not available in my city. I wanted to homeschool but I am not sure how well I will be able to teach my daughter. I was googling options for online schools that have programs for adhd and that's when I found out about International Schooling. Do you think it is a good option?

@clary

I used AI to tell my thoughts because english is not my first language, my daughter is in a public school right now, and private schools are too expensive for us. I googled a lot of schools and this school came along with many. I checked their website and instagram page to research. I looked into the affordability of the school it was not very expensive nor had difficult syllabus and they had a program for ADHD children. Do you think I should go ahead with it?

@mamagogo1
Which is why I was confused at first, whether or not I should go for an online school. I have helped my daughter with homework but don't know if I can teach her wholly without help. And her current school has many children. I don't think she will get the attention she needs in it. I wanted help that is why i asked this question, I need guidance.

A regular state school will be better unless your dd has sen and can’t cope in mainstream

clary · 19/08/2025 11:06

I guess none of us can know what is best for your DD.

Tbh tho I would suggest she might be better in mainstream school. Does she take medication for her ADHD? it can make a real difference. Also have you applied for an EHCP which would support the school in catering for her needs?

In the UK we talk about state schools btw – public schools here are very expensive private schools like Eton and Harrow (called thus for historical reasons). Actually are you in the UK? because the online school you mention seems to be focused on the US system.

If an online provider is very cheap that would raise red flags for me personally – how good will the support offered be?

Apols if you are in the US @AnnaFernandez then most of what I have said will not or may not apply. I don’t know enough about the US system to help, sorry.

AnnaFernandez · 21/08/2025 13:40

@clary i am sorry but she does take her medicines but i dont know what to do I am too desperate right now she is in public school and her teachers are not able to handle her they complain to me private i cannot afford which is why i thought of online school , hopefully she can go to usa in future which is why i chose this school to make it easier for her They are not very cheap but they are asking as much as i spend in her current school
