The BRIT School Reserve List

Does anyone have experience with The BRIT School reserve list? I found an 8-year-old thread on the topic, but I think things may have changed a lot since then? I believe there may be around 30 spots for MT and approximately 3 people on the reserve list - has that been your experience? And have you seen much, if any, movement of the reserve lists in recent years? My daughter called and asked what her position is on the list, and they said that they no longer number the positions. I would love to hear your experiences. Thank you.

Has anyone heard back from BRIT since their term started?

Hey so I got reserved place for Brit for MT post 16 this sept 2025 I’m trying to not give up hope but it’s hard when everybody is posting on TikTok about them being accepted. Today was their induction day I just pray for results day that will change as I emailed them saying that yes some places will be open on results day but it’s different every year. They don’t tell where you are on the reversed list which is frustrating. Please what should I do

@Mirabel16 My son is also on Reserved list Post 16 Theatre.
they said the same to us that every year some places become available during summertime 🙏🏽🤞🏽

@Mirabel16 Don’t give up hope but you need to have a back up 6th form or College.
My son got 2 offers, very good Performing arts college but he’s got his heart on the Brit school.

Hi, we haven’t heard for Post 16 theatre and I doubt someone will drop out now
