EHE home school experience

Is EHE(elective home education) the same as the schools? Is it going to be a problem to my child by enrolling in a future university? I am planning to educate my child at home until the age of 7 then I would like him to continue at a school. I am wondering if Home Education has a DIFFICULT impact on future enrollments at the University in UK and in Italy or in other countries?? Can you please help me? Also is home schooling a problem for employment? Will my son be refused when applying for a job after 16yo age, or when enrolling here, will they refuse him for having studied at home for some years and then back to school? Thank you all!

If you're only home educating him til age 7 none of those things will be affected.

As long as you actually educate them. My colleague educated her daughter and organised lots of tutoring and activities for her, and also spent time educating her herself. She made sure she had social activities so she made friends.
Some children come out of home education unable to read or write.

But yes if it's only until aged 7 you'll just need to teach the basics I guess.

@Lilyndael
What do you mean 'the same as the schools'?
If you electively home educate in England, you are saying you will be solely responsible for providing a suitable education. There is no funding for it and no set curriculum. England, Wales and Northern Ireland have different rules to Scotland. It's not legal in all European countries. It is in Italy but you must demonstrate sufficient economic and intellectual resources.
