Trying to ascertain which nurseries are best if I am considering applying for habs, Highgate, north London collegiate, shhs etc. which nurseries prep and support the end goal without being too pushy ? Which nurseries provide most support to parents at home to continue this learning. I know results are out this week, which nursery are you from and where are your kids going ?

My daughter went to clowns and we feel the fee is well worth it . She was socially extremely shy before going there to the extent she would feak out going to super market or seeing a lot of people. She would be sitting upright in the pram and open eye wide showing very nervous expressions. Even Ocado delivery used to freak her out. Her settling at Clowns took way longer than others , but teachers were very patient and helped her getting over it. A year later she is totally self confidence and able to run to a stage, introduce herself and sing a song. Their preparation is in the day to day interaction with staff and kids , and gradually building up confidence , rather than stuffing kids with academic stuff. Their music, PE and drama are excellent and those contribute to helping the 3 and 4 year old to be successful in 4+ . We also got our first choice school for 4+.
