Slow processing - Winchester or Eton?

On the websites both schools seem to offer great support for different learning styles. We do not have a formal diagnosis from an EdPsych, but one from school following basic diagnostic tests. I am wondering what level of support/understanding DS would actually be offered at either school. Does anyone have any experience? Thank you

@lostinSW6 My son is at Winchester, I have written a post on @Beyondthesea123 . I hope you find it helpful.
Best of luck with your decision.

They’re both lovely schools (my DS had offers for both for 2023 too, so we had to make that same decision). I don’t think you can go wrong with either. Winchester housemasters might also sway you earlier towards Winchester (as the boys meet them earlier than the Eton housemasters).
And every boy is different and prioritises different things. Ours is ‘obsessed’ with tech, and that was a huge part of why we chose Eton: their tech department blew our minds (and we’d seen a few): two full time tech staff and the boys actually ‘made’ their 3D printers. Also the train’s direct to our local london train station which makes quick nips to london super easy (Winchester they had to do 2x trains) which really doesn’t affect families who drive their children to/from school.
But my son has friends who just started at Winchester & love it and friends going there in 2023. Both just great schools where such a wide range of pupils are accepted (on that note, we also loved seeing 2 huge, officially hung, gay pride flags outside Eton houses when we last visited: things have moved on in all public schools since the 50s).
