Hello all. I know Seaford has a strong reputation as a SEN school but would non-SEN students also prosper here? Please excuse my ignorance here but do the needs of SEN students slow down the classes/rate of progress for non-SEN?
The reason i'm asking is that we currently have a son in a local pre-prep (reception) and it will be another year and a half before he can join Seaford (and ideally continue all the way through). He's a lively lad, sucks up knowledge like a sponge but also enjoys adventure and wide-open spaces. Having said that, he does need structure (perhaps being quite young) - which he currently gets. My husband and I really liked the atmosphere/ethos/facilities during our visits to Seaford and would really like to know any feedback from parents with non-SEN and SEN children at the school. Many thanks.
