Teach yourself Latin resources

For reasons best known to himself, my ds has decided he wants to learn latin. As I've never learnt, and DH claims to have forgotten everything, I bought Minimus which DS and I have very much enjoyed, and I wondered if anyone had any other recommendations of resources that we can use together?

Cambridge Latin Course has a lot of online resources as well as the books

Thank you - I'll have a look at the online resources. We looked at the Cambridge book 1 yesterday and it was rather dry compared to Minimus, but obv it is a school book and maybe the online resources will expand on it like a teacher would.
Now to find something for greek... I blame Rick Riordan for this!

I loathe the Cambridge books. They mess about trying to teach by immersion and are totally unsystematic.

Depends if he actually wants to learn Latin, which is best done systematically, or play with it, like minimus (which is great for getting a taste but can only take one so far).

I have been quite impressed by the oulton Latin one book published by galore park, and apparently "so you want to learn Latin" by same author is also good.

Well, he is only just 11, so I don't really know if he wants to learn properly or how long this will last. But as he is currently interested enough to work at it for 30 minutes every evening I'm happy to support that. He can't do latin at high school, so it's not like he would be going anywhere with it anyway

Oulton is what our school uses for 11 year olds so should fit the bill!
