My DD has made friends with a child who's ok but the mother is a fecking nightmare and as we don't really know anyone in the area I'm trying to build my daughters social network but this women is sending me round the twist worrying.
She claims 2 girls are bullying two other little girls in my DD's class, no evidence and then right under our noses my DD is being subjected to mild bullying. However my DD seems oblivious to it or she doesn't care not sure which.
Basically we need to get my DD some other friends as well as the girl with the mad mother any tips ?
I have had the one's DD says she liked round for tea, but she got no invites back and she claims to only like a few of the other girls.

I'd ask her teacher if there is anyone she seems to like in the class.

It's not the school that bugs me, it's the bloody mothers acting like kids.

It was half way through the Easter term before DS started to get invitations back from his new friends. Why not invite some of the first bunch back again - their mums will feel so guilty that your dd will get invitations very soon.

A good way to meet other parents is at school events - PTA, Xmas carols etc.

I would not be surprised if the bullying is real. It can be very subtle (even at a young age) and hard to spot - e.g. excluding one girl from games in the playground. It gets worse in later years.
