Molio do you have a DD who really detests wearing skirts and can't see why they are not allowed to wear trousers like the other 50% of the class? I suspect not. Try and explain it to a 5 year old who is desperate to dress like her friends that happen to be boys. Try to explain why she has to wear a skirt even though she ends up with scratched legs whilst tree climbing. Add in boys laughing at other DDs as they can see their knickers. Let's tell all professional women in practical jobs eg teachers, nurses, doctors, engineers etc that only skirts and heels are allowed in the workplace ....

I'm not saying the school's current policy is a good one but the lengths you're going to, to get it changed, seems quite extreme. Is this a primary or secondary? And has the school never allowed trousers or did it used to and then changed? As I say I'm afraid I didn't see your previous threads. I'm assuming your DD knows and approves of you making this much fuss?

It's hardly making an excessive fuss to ask for a very outdated uniform rule to be reviewed and to expect the school to be transparent in how it reached it decision.

If the school was engaging with the OP and being open about their decision-making process, the OP wouldn't need to be chasing after them.
