Anonymity of Health Related Behaviour Survey

My DC's year group is to take part in a health related behaviour survey as part of a local council initiative. From the information we've been given, it sounds very similar to this one in Ealing, but we're in another area.

The survey has been developed, and tailored to our area, by the Schools Health Education Unit. Data is collected online anonymously and subsequently 'returned to the school'. The Council and Public Health will receive a summary set of data for all the schools in the area.

I'm happy for DC to take part, but I'm concerned about one thing - the survey asks for children's postcodes. It says this will only be used to draw maps of results, and our house won't be identified. However, presumably our street will be identified, and linked to DC's survey responses.

Does anyone with experience of this type of survey know whether the postcode will be part of the data that is 'returned to the school'? If so, then I don't consider it to be anonymous, as they can use it to identify the children.
