Grammar place vs Indie Offer - mind made up?...

Just wondering how many have already decided that whatever March 3rd brings they will be accepting their indie offer....and what has swung it for them?

I think the main factor is cash. If money is an issue, and younger DC, would go for the grammar even if preferred the private school.
