Alleyn's or Dulwich?

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions for which of these schools to choose? We're between the 2, DS has sisters, and is currently at a Boy's Prep. Assuming he'll get offered a place at both, and for 13+ entry.
TIA

Dont have children at either school though considered both at various stages.

Both have entry points at 4+, 7/8/or9+ and 11+ and so to a certain extent friendship groups, and regular participants in drama/music/sport will be established.

They are quite different schools, and it really depends on which is likely to suit him best, and which he prefers. Then he can hit the ground running. If he has thrived in a all boy environment, and particularly if he is sporty, then Dulwich. If he likes the idea co-ed, and a greater focus on the arts, then Alleyns.

The only provisio is that Alleyns can be tricky to get into and if you are looking for places for your daughters, having one child already in the school may help. Apart from that at 13+ I would not worry too much about having siblings in the same school. My DC are quite different and glad to be separate.

Worth noting that both have reasonably new heads, academic standards appear to be rising and securing a place at 13+ in either school appears to be getting tougher.
