Pre-preps/preps for girls round Twyford/Windsor/Marlow area of Berks/Bucks

Have just discovered we are having a little girl and have been trying to research schools. There's Godstowe in Wycombe, but are there any other schools you'd recommend for girls?

No shortage in East Berks either.

Is Maltmansgreen school too far for u? I know 2 or3 families with girls there and boys at Caldicott . Also just to correct a previous post, leh is not just senior, junior department starts at age 7. An amazing school, entry is selective at 7, vast majority of girls offered pass straight into senior school.

does anyone have recent experience of St Gabriel's (senior school)?

Yes, DD part of Lower 6th with group of girls getting 10-12 A* at GCSE but there is also big range of abilities managed by terrific individual care, and all seem to get above expected levels.
