I have recieved a buggy snuggle that was described as in "good" condition. The holes for the straps are frayed, the fleece is down to the thread in places and it feels (and looks) as if it has been thru a too hot wash. This, to me, is not good condition (I have a 2 yr old buggy snuggle so know what they can look like thru heavy use!)
On the ebay page it says seller does not accept returns, do I have any recourse?
I have not contacted the seller yet as am not sure what the best way to proceed is.

TIA

doesn't matter what they state - if it is not as described then you are entitled to your money back.
message them and explain the problem. If they refuse to refund then open a dispute. You will need to return it trackable to get a refund

Thank you 6lostmonkeys, I was just worried as peoples opinions of "good" condition vary. I wouldn't have sold this at all IYSWIM.

Yes, also agree with Librashavinganotherbiscui too many people put "in good used condition" thats it. I list the seams, how oldish, stains, bobbling, worn. I bought a couple of t-shirts for the baby a while ago they were from M&S but in which era? they looked old, the label was old, and the fabric was very worn. Yes 99p but there was P&p so the items were £3 for items that were bought and never used. Put straight in the charity bag!

Last year I bought a pair of Russell & Bromley sandles on Buy it now £25, lovely picture lots of rhinestones very classy - when they arrived they were very worn, loads of the stones were missing - I was really upset. The lady knew these were in very worn condition and had the cheek to list them as good. I e-mailed back saying I was not happy with the condition and she instantly agreed to credit £10 (so she must of been aware as she didnt question it) I left positive feedback but made sure I noted my unhappiness on the description.

I have been stung a few times! Yet I have a low DSR on despatch. SO how can you win? Sell rubbish and post next day!!!
