Sold a skirt 7 weeks ago. When it arrived, the buyer said that a zip pull was missing so you couldn't open the zip - this was a decorative zip up the side to make a slit, not the main one to get it on.
So I apologised and offered her to return it to me for a full refund as it was obviously not in perfect condition, as listed - i was trusting her on this as i hadn't noticed it was missing when I sold it.
She didn't reply so I assumed she had decided to keep it anyway. Seemed reasonable emough as you could wear it without opening up the zip anyway.
Now 6 weeks later she has emailed asking for my address so she can return it and get her refund.
So I said no - I would have done a refund at the time, like I offered, but after all this time I am sure she has probably worn it. Why else think about it for 6 weeks? She has opened a paypal dispute and I fear I am going to lose out because paypal always find in the buyer's favour don't they?
Am I being unreasonable? and do I have any chance of winning this?
