Should I offer a "buy it now"?

I am auctioning a playstation 2 game (singstar rocks) and it is currently on £3 with 7 watchers and 1 day, 15 hours to go.

Someone has asked if I'd consider a buy it now and how much I'd charge...

should I? and if so does anyone know roughly how much I should charge for it?

I generally don't do this as its usually someone trying to get it on the cheap....I tell them to bid for it if they want it!

No. I assume you already have bids as you have said that you are currnetly on £3. If so then I certainly wouldn't do it because:

Because you would have to terminate the auction to do so (meaning you loose out on listing fees)
Relist (paying more listing fees)
Advertise with a BIN price (which adds to your listing fees)
Annoy the people that are watching

And I think it is against ebay rules. I think the only legitimate reason(s) to end the auction early are
To sell at teh currently bid price to the highest bidder
Because the item is no longer for sale (i.e. lost or broken).

Tell them "I am sorry as the item currently has bidders I cannot add a Buy It Now price; and it would be unfair to those who have already bid on the item (and against ebay rules) for me to terminate the auction early".

Please as someone who is more in tune with ebay polices if that statement is accurate. SixMonkeys is good. That is my understanding of the rules last time someone asked me to do the same; but that would have been 12m ago and rules may have changed.
