Sending multiple items to a buyer

Hi,

I've just sold a large item approx £100 and the buyer has paid.
I've packed it up and now the buyer wants to buy 2 smaller items from me, and send them all together.

I can't be arsed to unpack the larger box, although they would tuck inside - the other 2 items are worth about £45 - should I be sending them all together anyway? As the buyer might claim they haven't arrived if I've only got proof of postage for the 1 item?

No don't do it, send them separately and use a tracked or signed for postal service for both parcels. Post Office signed for rates go up if the value is over £100.

with ebay you just upload the same tracking number to all 3 items immediately you have posted, parcelforce 48 will insure upto £2000 depends on weight but just signed for is only £50 not £100 special delivery does go up with value but probably still cheaper than 3 parcels
there is a special button on the print postage page so you can combine items per buyer so even though there are more than 1 transaction you can combine on ebay which will automatically stop claim that one has arrived and others haven't it is also cheaper to buy postage on ebay that at post office provided you have a printer

I would put them all in the same package

One lot of tracking and they asked nicely
