Can "small" shoe sizes be SNAD?

Can a seller not mentioning that shoes are small for their size be seen by eBay as SNAD or not? (I'm imaging not).

If I sell shoes that are unwearable at the label size, I say they are not really that size and give my best estimate of the size.

I've been sold a pair of 5s (new) that are very tight/small for 5s and don't fit as a result.

I suspect that's why the seller was selling them - what's the situation with snad - no case?

I could try stretching then as they're leather but does that really work?

Its a tricky one, because if someone is selling a pair of shoes labelled as a size 5 they might not know they are mislabelled. Its also the case there there isn't standard sizing between brands.

I usually suck it up and sell them on, but with a more accurate description such as the length in cm.

I think they know they were, the seller said they were lying in her wardrobe unused .. they're a very nice pair of decent quality leather pumps by Next costing 55, and I wondered why the seller would buy then and not wear them.

I suspected sizing because I've had this with a couple if pairs of shoes - which, like you, I sold on stating they were probably a 4.5 and were v tight as 5s ... Now I feel like she's kind of taken the p*ss by not saying, and I wish I'd asked.

Even if I had I probably still wouldn't have a case.

It is really easy to stretch leather shoes. You can find cheap shoe stretchers on Amazon.

It's totally subjective.

If you normally wear a brand of shoes that is on the small size for the number, then a different brand might appear "a large size 5". Conversely if you normally wear shoes that are on the large size for the number, you may describe the SAME pair of shoes as "a small size 5".

She's said they were too tight across the toes and narrow for her ... But didn't say anything about that in the description.
