I bought some baby shoes on eBay which unfortunately were quite scuffed despite being described as in good condition. I requested a refund and seller initially refused. They then said they would refund the amount for the shoes only (not the postage) and I could relist the shoes on eBay. I politely declined (they were sent as a letter and I paid £2.90 for postage) and said I would rather return them. Initially the seller refused, so I didn't respond, thinking I would leave it for eBay to resolve. Then a couple of hours later I got another message saying the seller would send me a return postage label, and I would get a refund once they have recieved the shoes back. Today I have recieved a label in the post... it's an "Articles for the blind" label. I had never heard of this programme before but it is a programme where you can send items which have been specially produced or adapted for someone with sight loss, FOC, 1st class.
Baby shoes definitely don't fit the criteria of being specially for someone who is visually impaired, so I'm not happy to use the label... not sure what to do next?! Seller is being extremely cheeky IMO!
