... refund P&P?

I bought something that was in poor condition.

I asked for a refund.

She agreed, but not to the P&P. Why?

I don't refund p&p either.

If you bought from online store (Monsoon, Miss Selfridge, anywhere) you wouldn't get your postage refunded either.

Sellers should refund the P&p, and if you were to claim via paypal you would get the P&P refunded.

This applies if the item is not as described or goes missing in the post etc. It is all the seller's responsibility. Why should the buyer lose out when the seller got it wrong?

Stick to you guns next time and insist on P&P refund. If they refuse go via paypal.

I think any reputable seller would refund P&P if the proble was on their part.

I didn't use to charge P&P when I sold on eBay. I just found it too much hassle.

But in the days prior to that, I would certainly have refunded the postage as well, providing the reason for return was valid.

It's not worth risking your reputation for a few lousy quid.
