How to complain about seller

I bought an item on eBay. I was the only bidder. It went for the reserve which was about 30% less than retail. I went to pay 33 minutes after the end of the auction and found out the seller canceled stating buyer request. This is untrue.

I emailed and got ridiculous emails back along the lines of You didn't pay immediately so thought you weren't interested! It was less than an hour and I have impeccable feedback so it's bollocks.

He then removed the listing so I cannot feedback. I need to complain as I think this is something he has a history of given he has little feedback but it is all good. Please advise.

The seller obviously lost a lot money so cancelled it
You can contact customer services and tell them you did not cancel the item but tbh the seller can then say it’s brojen or it was t for sale and he doesn’t have to send you it

eBay and PayPal charge so many fees that he probably realised he lost too much money

I’d forget it really in the grand scheme of things it’s not important

It's an item that retails new for £65 and I bought for £40 so not a massive loss and I would have thought that's a risk you take. I bought a baby carrier which only sold for £1 but the seller kept to her word!

Anyway, the seller cancelled the cancellation and I've paid so I hope it is sent

Call eBay directly. This is wrong in so many levels. They don't take kindly to it and will either give them a warning or make a score against them as a seller.
I had a similar scenario in the last month. Maybe it's the weather.
