Because it is the sellers duty to ensure that an item reaches the buyer in 'as-descibed' condition you will have to offer a refund and then you can claim for the damaged item from the royal mail.
Ask her to return the pushchair so that you can check the damage and condition, and maybe try to word it that you always place a ID mark on your items. This way, if, as some do, she tries to send a different item back she will know she will get caught.
It could well be that the item isn't damaged - and obviously it isn't dirty, and she just wants something for nothing. If you ask her to return it with the original packaging enclosed she just might say she will keep it.
Hope this makes sense

ask her to email you some photos of the dirt and broken bits as that costs nothing to do.

Ive had to refund someone before as the item broke in the post but it was a badly wrapped orniament that apparently shattered.

She could be pulling a fast one but don't refund until you see proof

ok i'll ask for photos.she was funny the whole way through.she won,i heard nothing for a week,so sent polite reminder, heard nothing still so 3 days later opened unpaid dispute she paid immediatly claiming i hadnt warned her etc, then said she hadnt ment to bid and didnt want it so i said dont have it i'll just refund money as couldnt be arsed but she said no she felt she should go through with transaction!ggggrrr
i used payperdrop not royal mail

refund - some sellers have a retunrs policy that you have to return within so many days of delivery / or communication to do so.

I think she bought something she didn't want (mybe she bis on more than 1) and is fishing for a discount.

As for refunds - I would go on to similar items being sold and see what others are doing.

She sounds abit nutty. I know some buyers take a while to reply after they win and I have 'buyer must contact me within 48 hours of auction close". It helps.
