I've just bought an item which was described as 6 leappad games, and in the description it just says that they are without the boxes or packaging, but are hours of fun for kids and adults.
Anyway it turns out that they are actually for the original leappad interactive book (I think not sold since 2004?) and not the current leappad 1 or 2 that are on the market. It does not mention this in the description at all.
I've contacted the seller to say this and asked if I can return them at my own cost for a refund as the description failed to mention that they were for a now defunct model, and implied they were for the current leappad. He has refused saying he put a clear photo and as much information as he could.
The listing gained a lot of bids and I paid nearly £40, I'm sure it would not have got so many bids had the listing been clear, especially as the cartridges are useless without the corresponding books, which the listing did not mention at all.
Will I be able to raise a dispute through PayPal if the seller continues to refuse to refund? Any advice on what to do? Feel gutted to have wasted this money!
