Neutral feedback or not?

Hi, I would love some help from the ebay etiquette jury on feedback.

I bought some children's clothes on eBay, listed as excellent condition. I double checked the condition with the seller before bidding and was told that they are all in excellent condition, the seller only sells high quality items and their 100% feedback speaks for itself.

Reassured, I paid a top price for what I thought would be great quality items.

Items arrived today and 5 of the 10 items are either stained or not the size stated.

I am so disappointed! Seller has agreed to a full refund on return. So thats good. But I still have the hassle of returning something I wouldn't even have bid on if the true condition was stated.

So what feedback would you leave? On one hand I will have my money back and no harm done, but on the other hand the seller didn't describe the items properly at all. It's not like there was an odd stain that wasn't noticed (easily done) there were lots of very obvious stains and 2 items were age 6 rather than age 3!

I think it's only fair to comment on the poor condition of the items in my feedback but I am thinking neutral with low scores rather than negative. Does that sound fair?

Leave neutral, something like "not at all as described, seller gave full refund on return".

But don't do anything until you've actually had your refund.

I would leave a neutral or neg if I was out of pocket, and if the seller gave return postage too either a pos or no feedback at all.
