I recently sold a wool coat (originally cost £200 from a high street shop) - when listing I made it clear that it had had a fair amount of use and had some stains etc. I mentioned on the listing that I thought the stains should come out if dry cleaned (not had it dry cleaned in a year or so).
Anyway, it sold for £6. I have now received a message from the buyer saying its arrived and will need to be dry cleaned due to stains and could I "reimburse" them for the cost of cleaning (£4).
Is this a try on? Surely a reasonable buyer could not expect to recover cost of dry cleaning for a coat they've bought for £6?!
