DS has just told DH he has listed his phone and scooter on ebay.

I've found the phone, but not the scooter. (He isn't even bloody capable of wrapping up and posting a scooter.)

How do I go about telling ebay and paypal he is only 13?

DH is the calm one and said nothing to DS

I am the ranter and ebayer and have said I will sort it. But how???

Sorry that is all worded very badly but hopefully you understand what I am trying to say :)

Bloody hell, if I'd bought something and it turned out to be a 13 year-old selling it, I'd be flaming mad!

And, as a seller of hundreds of items, I'd say the amount of weird questions I get asked over email, I'd be slightly concerned that a 13-yr-old might get this too.

Lots of questions get asked about all sorts of items, I might add. Just the term 'used' sets some people off. If you know what I mean.

Lynette
more to the point, HIS fraudulent account coming from your IP address could put your one at risk.
A bit of reading the riot act and reminding him that to click "I am over 18" when he knows its a lie is NOT a good way to go on in life.

There are regular threads on the Ebay boards about this and ebay are rather lacking in sense of humour on the issue
