Lego - please tell me I'm not BU!

I've never sold any lego before. Just made my first sale on a complex piece in the 8-14 yr old range. We made it up, and photographed it made, just to be sure that all the bits were there. It has hundreds of bits & I got a good price for it. I'm selling it with packaging & full instructions.

I've been told that there are often disputes about lego arriving without all the pieces. To avoid any issues with this, it is best to send the items in their made state.

I've just sent a message to the buyer to say that I intend to send the lego in its made state. I'm not being a nutter am I?

Sounds fine, buyer can unmake it if wants to.

I buy a lot of Lego on eBay-Lego mad 4 year old Grin-it never bothers me whether it's made or not and I have never had any problems with any sets. Sink would say whatever's easiest for you but either is fine

also sounds fine to me, i would be chuffed to get a model already made, but my boys would dismantle it and then rebuild it themselves.

it may make it larger/bulkier to post which may make your postage costs more tho?

Thank you all - very reassuring to hear.

It was always going to be a pain to post, as it has a huge box & the sale included the original box. I weighed it & have hopefully calculated the postage correctly. I highlighted that it was a high postage cost due to weight. I got a good price, so if the post ends up costing a bit more than I thought - I've still done well.
